Meal plan for week January, 29th to February, 4th 2018

I was out at my delayed birthday party last night. It was great party and even though I didn’t sleep that much I was full of energy today. So I have decided to prepare some meals for this week. I hope it will help me with organisation over next few days.

Monday:

Breakfast: bran flakes, yoghurt and blueberries

Lunch: leftovers

Dinner: mash potatoes, cod and salad

Snack: fruits

Tuesday:

Breakfast: freezer sandwich (with bacon and egg)

Lunch: crustless quiche with bacon, asparagus and mushrooms

Dinner chicken stew with wholemeal pasta

Snacks: fruit and yoghurt

Wednesday:

Breakfast: breakfast burrito, baked beans and pear

Lunch: cauliflower soup

Dinner: leftover stew with green beans

Snacks: banana muffins

Thursday:

Breakfast: oats with raspberries and yoghurt

Lunch: leftover quiche

Dinner: crepes with cream cheese and fruits

Snacks: carrots

Friday:

Breakfast: toasted wrap with ham and cheese

Lunch: wild mushroom and asparagus risotto

Dinner: leftovers

Snacks: watermelon

Saturday:

Breakfast: oat pancakes with fruits

Lunch: beetroot soup with mushroom dumplings

Dinner: date night for hubby and me and Alice will have pasta Bolognese

Snacks: rest of watermelon

Sunday:

Breakfast: scramble eggs

Lunch: carrot and sweet potato soup

Dinner: grilled pork chops, rice and salad

Snacks fruit and vanilla ice cream
