Weekly menu January, 14th 2018 to January, 20th 2018

Last week was crazy intense. We did not had all meals we had planned. It is normal. I have learned with time to be very flexible.

I will be leaving home at 6.40 am and I will not be back earlier then at 6 pm.

I have planned very easy meals that can be prepared  in advance. I have already roasted most of my veggies and turkey breast.It will make my life so much easier over next comming days. 

Monday

Breakfast:  bran flakes, blueberries and vanilla fat free yoghurt

Lunch: roast turkey breast, baked potatoe, roasted veggies (courgette, mushrooms, cauliflower and carrots)

Dinner: beetroot soup

Snacks: fruits, carrots

Tuesday:

Breakfast: toasted sandwich with fried egg, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoe

Lunch:  courgette pizza boats

Dinner: roast turkey, mash potatoes and cucumber salad

Snacks: yoghurt, fruit

Wednesday:

Breakfast: scarmble eggs with mushrooms

Luch: Soup

Dinner: egg fried rice with leftover turkey

Snacks: carrots, fruit

Thursday:

Breakfast: bran flakes, yoghurt, strawberries

Lunch: leftover egg fried rice

Dinner: fish & chips with mashy peas

Snacks: watermelon

Friday:

Breakfast: beans on toast and orange

Lunch:  out with friends

Dinner: crepes with fruits

Snacks: carrots and fruits

Saturday:

Breakfast:  soft boiled eggs, tomatoes and toast

Lunch:  soup

Dinner: breaded pork chops, salad and baked potatoes
